The apartment is a separate part of the house, where the owner also lives. It is located on the first floor and has its entrance. There is a spacious beautiful courtyard with a small table where you can savor food and drinks while enjoying the beauty of the flowering plants. The owner is a friendly and nice woman who respects the privacy of her guests. We only saw her once during our stay. The apartment looks brand new. It is well-furnished inside and looks stylish. You will find everything you need there for an extended stay. It is spacious and well-decorated. The bed is big and comfortable. The best way to get there is by car. It is possible to park the car in the front yard. Unfortunately, you will have to find a parking spot on the street before you check in, which is not as easy as it may seem. Once you check in, you'll get a remote control that will open the gate to the courtyard. There is also an option to get there by public transportation. However, in this case, you will have to walk a little bit. We liked the apartment and would recommend it for a long or short stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Our only regret was not being able to stay there longer as we had a return flight from Tenerife.

A nice touch was water and apple juice provided, and beach towels. Picking up the key from the office went smoothly and instructions were clear. Balcony gets the sun most of the day. Though other flats are occupied it’s quiet between 10 pm and 8 am. The apartment itself is striking in its modern design.DEBORAHYoung couple

Communication was excellent as well with regards to collection of the keys and what was expected on departure. We had everything we needed for a few nights stay.
